Angela McIlveen joined the Board of Directors in 2019, having served on the Charlotte Area Community Board of Lawyers Mutual since 2016. Angela is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of McIlveen Family Law Firm. The firm has offices across the state of North Carolina. Angela is a North Carolina Board Certified Specialist in Family Law. Her practice encompasses a broad spectrum of family law matters, including complex divorce and child custody cases.  She earned her undergraduate degree from Lenoir-Rhyne University and her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. She is a frequent speaker at legal conferences and a teacher of continuing legal education courses.  North Carolina Lawyer's Weekly recognized her as a Leader in the Law. Angela has been listed in North Carolina Super Lawyers and Business North Carolina’s Legal Elite in the family law practice area.
