2020 Annual Policyholders Meeting Goes Virtual
Due to the restrictions around in-person gatherings related to COVID-19, this year’s annual policyholders meeting is going virtual. Instead of our typical meeting at Lawyers Mutual’s office, we will be hosting the meeting online.
Proxies for Lawyers Mutual’s 2020 annual meeting were emailed to insureds on April 20th.
Lawyers Mutual’s annual meeting includes the following items:
- Election of board members at the end of their current term.
- Reporting on 2019 operations, first quarter of 2020 operations, and prospective future activities.
- Additional business properly brought before the meeting.
Firms whose policy was active as of the end of the business day on March 15, 2020, are eligible to attend and vote or to vote via proxy form.
We welcome your attendance online but need to hear from you if you wish to attend so an invitation link can be provided. If you are unable to attend, your proxy allows you to be represented and your voting rights exercised.
Please return your proxy to us no later than May 12th.
