Lawyers Mutual is pleased to share with you our 2012 Annual Report. We are even more pleased to again fill it with good news.

Our first 35 years have been extraordinary. In 1977, a small group of North Carolina attorneys had a vision to create a different kind of insurance company – one formed by North Carolina lawyers, for the sole purpose of helping North Carolina lawyers.

It’s hard to believe that vision has blossomed into the largest legal malpractice provider in the state – and the only one that has been here steadfastly all the while.

The story of our success starts with you. Without your commitment, we would not be here. Without your loyalty, we could not continue.
