Troy Crawford to head new LM Title Agency, LLC
Lawyers Mutual is proud to announce the formation of LM Title. Troy Crawford will serve as President and Managing Counsel of the new subsidiary serving attorneys throughout North Carolina. The title insurance agency, located in Garner, North Carolina, officially launches operations on November 1.
Troy first joined Lawyers Mutual in 2010 as Claims Counsel and focused primarily on handling real estate claims and providing insured attorneys risk mitigation advice. Prior to joining Lawyers Mutual, he worked as claims and subrogation counsel for Investors Title Insurance Company. Troy also co-founded the law firm of Crawford, Christopher & Parker, PA where his practice focused on Real Estate transactions and litigation.
He is currently a member of the NC Bar Association Real Property Section, Wake County Real Property Lawyers Association, the North Carolina Land Title Association, and serves on the North Carolina Closing Attorney Best Practices Task Force.
